Roller heat control (RHC) stabilizes the roller temperatures, even with the most demanding production requirements. The system transmits roller heat information to the furnace control system, which automatically adjusts the bottom heat level to balance roller temperatures.
RHC eliminates roller heat disturbances and improves production quality.
Since low-emissivity glass surfaces reflect light, a traditional thermal scanner does not perform as well in Low-E glass production.
The bottom scanner is a good tool for operators to verify that the glass is heating uniformly. Combined with a specially designed bottom scanner, the Insight Assistant Pro provides automatic recipe improvement suggestions based on the scanned information.
