Summit of 2018 Strategy and Planning

From March 08th to 10th 2018, all leaders and managers of Tuyet Nga LTD., (TNC) all over the country were present in FLC Sam Son Beach and Golf Resort to implement “Summit of 2018 Strategy and Planning”. It is an annual event of TNC to review and report business performance of last year and deploy business strategy and planning for the new year.

Opening the summit, Madam Tran Kim Dung, General Director of TNC, recognized and expressed a high appreciation to the efforts of all managers and staffs of TNC in 2017. Besides, she also highlighted drawbacks of our system that TNC team needs to improve. Generally, in 2017, TNC’s all departments achieved planned targets and elevated TNC Brand in national and international markets despite of many market fluctuations.

2018 is considered as not only a year full of opportunities but also filled with challenges for all managers and staffs of TNC. For inheriting and developing the targets of 2017, this year, TNC continues to set the goals of developing sustainability and stability & enhance ability of human resource; to study and develop products and services. Besides, new services will be researched and developed toward the market domination goals and taking TNC Brand to the next level. Many conscientious and highly practical business plans had been presented to Board of Directors within three focused and serious working days, which will be delivered to TNC’s activities in 2018. General Director had officially approved 2018 plans with revenue targets and training schedule of all departments. Then, TNC’s summit concluded and was extremely successful.
