Summit of 2019 Strategy and Planning

From Feb 27 to Mar 1 2019, Board of Directors of Tuyet Nga Co., Ltd have attended the Summit of 2019 Strategy and Planning at Novotel Ha Long. This is the annual summit conference of   company to review the previous year's business results and make strategies and plans for the next coming year.

Delivering Summit opening speech, Ms. Tran Kim Dung - General Director had emphasized the importance of the conference, not only to focus on improving business results, but also to strengthen the company management, especially personnel development.

Board of Directors and Managers of all Departments had agreed on the directions for implementing work in 2019 with the following criteria:

- To meet customer’s requirement and provide  turn-key production solution.

- To develop the sustainable and prestigious TNC brand in the industrial market.

- To build and create high quality human resources for company future of development.

Representatives of each department in the company had presentations on 2018 work results and plans for 2019.

Managers had given effective feedbacks and explanations to the Board of directors’  questions.

In 2019 TNC leaders and managers will face many challenges not only in managing business, but also in building appropriate human resource strategies centered by employee’s quality. 2019 is also important year for whole company to prepare 25^th anniversary ceremony in 2020.

During the Summit, General Director also had  recognized excellent performance and given award to outstanding employees.

After three working days with high concentration and seriousness, the Board of Directors acknowledged enthusiastic recommendations and highly practical detailed plans.

The General Director had officially approved the 2019 plans of all departments with revenue targets and training plans. The Summit conference had ended successfully.
